Known for her social media presence, Laleska had 27,000 followers on Instagram.

Her cousin revealed that Laleska was admitted to Hospital Regional do Cariri on Sunday, February 2.
Speaking to CNN Brasil, the cousin explained that Laleska had succumbed to septic shock, which was a result of an infection in her fallopian tube.
Reports suggest that Laleska had a tubo-ovarian abscess (TOA).
MedicalNewsToday defines TOA as “an infectious mass that can form in the female reproductive system due to pelvic inflammatory disease.”
Symptoms include chills, fever, nausea, lower abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, and unusual or heavy vaginal discharge.
This condition mainly affects sexually active women of reproductive age and is a complication of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).

Laleska underwent exploratory surgery as initial tests could not pinpoint her condition.
During this procedure, doctors found an advanced infection.
She entered septic shock on Monday, February 3, and passed away two days later.
A wake was organized for the influencer and CEO of the marketing agency Agência Laleska Alexandre the day following her passing.
Tributes have been pouring in for Laleska. A friend shared: “I love you forever, I will remember you as the sweet, faithful, determined, hard-working girl who never gave up in the face of adversity, who always tried her best.”

Another friend remarked: “So beautiful, striving for her goals. I will always love you friend,” according to Mail Online.
Fans have expressed their disbelief at her sudden departure.
A follower wrote on her Instagram: “I’m shocked, what happened? I’ve been following Laleska for a while and I loved her content, I still can’t believe it.”
